Day 1: Delhi - The Capital of India

Your journey kicks off in Delhi, the capital city of India. Explore Old Delhi which has the magnificent Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and the bustling market of Chandni Chowk. Next, head to New Delhi and take in the colonial flair of India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Qutub Minar.

To finish your day, take an evening stroll in Connaught place or enjoy a traditional North Indian meal in a local restaurant. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Agra - The City of Love

After breakfast, travel to Agra (about 3-4 hours' drive). Visit beautiful Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world and a symbol of eternal love. Continue to Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that represents Mughal power and grandeur.

If you have time, you may stop at Mehtab Bagh for an excellent view of sunset against Taj Mahal. Stay overnight in Agra.

 

Day 3: Travel from Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri - The Pink City

Proceed to the city of Jaipur, the royal capital of Rajasthan. On your way, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital known in the Persian language as "the City of Victory." Here, you can discover red sandstone architecture, along with a unique spiritual atmosphere.

After arriving in Jaipur, we will visit Amber Fort. Upon arrival, you will have the option to ride an elephant uphill to the Fort. Our next excursion will be a visit to City Palace and Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds. Finally, we will conclude with an observatory called Jantar Mantar which is an astronomical observatory. 

In the evening, you will have time to shop at local bazaars overflowing with colorful textiles, jewelry, and handicrafts. Either return to your hotel or stay over in Jaipur, which will conclude your Golden Triangle Tour.
